Breakfast, bed- and bathlinen are included in the room rates.

The rooms are available from 3 PM. At check-out, we ask you to leave the room before 11AM.

It is restriced to smoke in the entire house (common spaces) and in all of the rooms.

The rooms are cleaned on a daily basis. The bathlinen are being replaced at your request.

The swimming pool is accessibly between 7.30AM and 10PM.

We're asking an advance payment of 50% as a confirmation of your booking. This advance payment will be refunded when the booking is cancelled until 1 month before the date of arrival. We only accept cash payments, we do not accept payments by card.

It is not allowed to use your own food and drinks outside on the terrace and in the common spaces of our B&B, as well as to cook in your room. We offer you several beverages at democratic prices as well as an 'honesty-bar'.
